I have been living in Clark since 2006.  My children have all gone to the Clark Schools and utilized the amazing Recreation Department.  They have a fantastic summer camp that runs for 6 weeks in the summer at a VERY low cost for residents. My Husband plays Pickleball and my friends and I play Volleyball every Tuesday night at the rec center from the Fall through the Spring.  There is so much to do and people are always willing to help! Here are some more reasons as to why Clark is a great place to live:

Prime Location and Commuter Convenience

  • Easy access to major highways (Garden State Parkway, Route 22, Route 1).
  • Close proximity to train stations (Rahway, Metropark) and quick commute to NYC.
  • Ideal for both city commuters and local professionals.

Strong Sense of Community

  • Clark’s small-town feel with lots of community events (e.g., summer concerts, holiday celebrations, town festivals).
  • Active recreation department with sports leagues, camps, and activities for all ages.

Beautiful Parks and Recreation

  • Oak Ridge Park (walking trails, sports fields, golf course nearby).
  • Local playgrounds, ball fields, and town pool.
  • Great for outdoor lovers, families, and those who enjoy active lifestyles.

Shopping, Dining, and Local Amenities

  • Clark Commons is conveniently located and great for everything from shopping for home décor, grabbing lunch or getting a quick manicure! (Whole Foods, Home Goods, Blaze Pizza, 5 Below, Applebees, and Ulta just to name a few ).
  • Local restaurants, coffee shops, and small businesses that add character to the town.
  • Everyday convenience with a neighborhood feel.

Real Estate Opportunities

  • Range of housing options: charming single-family homes, newer developments, and townhomes.
  • Steady property values and strong investment potential.
  • Great for first-time buyers, growing families, or those looking to downsize.

If you are considering a move to Clark, give me a call.  I will be happy to show you around and discuss your options!
